I always thought there should be an easy way to look into image metadata, and compare, and save them. So I decided to make one from scratch. But of course, I couldn't do it without the help from Google and Gemini.

Since I had the idea for it over 7 years ago, things have changed, especially with artificial image generation. So a crucial piece of information, when AI images are too realistic, lives in the embedded metadata.

EXIF is a little bit of a misnomer, because the tool also reads file metadata from PNG and TIFF images. But it is a common term, so I kept it in the name.

It is currently at an early beta, 0.8.3 version, just barely reliably operational, but I wanted to let others try and see if it can be of any use to anyone. If it is to you, please let me know by clicking "Have Feedback?" below. I will appreciate knowing how it went.
